Storage

Undiluted developer has excellent shelf life, but is sensitive to freezing. If crystals form at low temperatures, warm the container and stir until ALL the crystals have redissolved.

 
Processing Conditions

Before handling or using a graphic arts material, be sure to read the Material Safety Data Sheet for health hazard data, precautionary information and suggested first aid.

To mix developer, combine developer with water at the dilution rate shown in the chart and mix thoroughly.

Note: Mixed developer should be kept no longer than 3 weeks in a tank with a floating lid. (A floating lid prevents oxidation.)

Replenishment

For processors with automatic replenishment, use properly mixed developer and water (per dilution rates shown in chart above). Refer to the processor manufacturer's instructions for proper adjustment of the replenishment system.

Replenishment Rates

A minimum of one tank turnover per week is recommended when processing rapid access and hard dot films.

Packaging

RA-HD developer/replenisher is available in 5 gallon cubitainers.

• Rapid Access Film Processing A 5 gallon cubitainer of RA-HD developer produces 25 gallons of working strength developer
• Hard Dot Film Processing A 5 gallon cubitainer of RA-HD developer produces 15 gallons of working strength developer
